Novotel Geneve Centre

I recently stayed at Novotel in Geneva for a one-night stopover and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with transportation issues. The hotel's location was perfect, with the train station and lake just a short walk away. There were also numerous Arabic, Indian, and Turkish restaurants in the area for quick meals. Additionally, the hotel provided a Geneva Day Pass, allowing for easy bus and tram travel. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is great, making it easy to get there from the airport on the free train ticket provided. It is also located in the center of the Red Light District, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Everything is within reach, including the beautiful Lake of Geneva. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff ensures excellent service, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. the hotel facilities are well-maintained and provide a pleasant stay for guests.

The noise from outside the hotel can be a drawback for light sleepers.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was nice. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Paquis Baths.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the modern and comfortable facilities of the hotel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of good quality with a decent variety of options to choose from.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. First, the noise levels in the rooms were quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

the buffet breakfast included plenty of meals. kind staff at reception desk and provided an early check-in. no charge for late check-out service and wake up service too.

I loved the option to hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle when we preferred privacy. It was so convenient and felt like our own private sanctuary. The gym was also fantastic, and the free bottled water was a nice touch. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a comfortable and practical stay.

We stayed at a hotel in a bustling neighborhood filled with coffee shops and excellent Korean cuisine. It was a short walk to the UN, International Red Cross, and beautiful Lake Geneva. Our room was clean, and we had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel provided a free city travel card that helped us to get around with ease.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

Staff were terrific, wi-fi was fine, and I loved its best possible location near to the train station as well as a red light district with half naked girls in the window. Easy check-in and superb customer service. Reception was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to both the train station and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering us a drink voucher when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. The hotel had great amenities, such as a spa that stayed open until 1am, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the fact that there were coffee and tea facilities in the room. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast buffet with great choices of healthy items. The gym has all the essential equipment. The reception area has a great interactive touch table for kids. The station and lake are both within 5 minutes' walk.

The air conditioning in the hotel wasn't functioning properly, resulting in an unpleasant smell. there were some individuals acting suspiciously in the vicinity which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about safety.

During my recent visit to this venue, I was amazed by the prime location of this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff members welcomed me so warmly at the reception desk upon my arrival and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. I loved the fact that the rooms were soundproofed, which ensured my comfortable and peaceful stay. Room service was so fast, and housekeeping was exceptional. I even enjoyed the welcome drink!
